Welcome to Cozy Home, your home away from home.

Cozy Home is a hospitality venture by KGNannexe, a property management company founded by Faisal Lakdawala. With years of experience liaising with leading developers on new and redevelopment projects and managing properties for clients, the idea of Cozy Home grew from a simple passion, the love of travelling and creating comfortable spaces that feel like home.

At Cozy Home, we believe a stay should be more than just a place to sleep. It should be a space where you can relax, reconnect, work comfortably, and enjoy your surroundings at your own pace.

Our properties are thoughtfully designed to offer the comforts of home along with the experience of a peaceful getaway. From a sit-out balcony or outdoor space to enjoy nature, to high-speed Wi-Fi, power backup, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen, every detail is planned to make your stay convenient and comfortable.

Whether you are taking a short break, working remotely, travelling with family, or simply looking for a change of scenery, Cozy Home gives you the freedom to make your stay your own.

Come stay with us. Slow down, feel at home, and make your own Cozy memories.

Because sometimes, the best getaways are the ones that feel just like home.

Cozy Home — Stay. Relax. Belong.
